I’m driven by an innate curiosity to understand why people do what they do – and how that makes them feel. I always wanna ask “one more question” so I can really get the nitty-gritty details and uncover a truth no one else has stumbled upon before. I love connecting with people and learning about their quirks.

I’ve always been someone who colors outside the lines. I love research, gathering data and breaking complex situations down into easy-to-understand insights or diagrams always caring my notebook with me. I like to observe and listen. My whole life I noticed things others seem to overlook so easily: hidden street art, a dog and his owner who look alike, a rare flower growing through the pavement. Because I see more, I can connect more things with each other.

The underlying thread in everything I do? How deeply I care about combining creativity and strategy with an entrepreneurial way of thinking – and how that combination lets me serve people and the brightest ideas…at the same time. Strategy forces me to get and stay curious. To make sense of things.

As a surfer, I approach strategy and life with an optimistic, adventurous, attitude. Always willing to take a calculated risks and happy to paddle out again one more time. I’m really good at changing directions and being flexible because that’s how you stay on your feet.. I fell in love with strategy for exactly the reason I love surfing, no challenge is ever linear or the same, you connect with great people and experience the bliss of success by doing things that seemed impossible at first. Just like every wave is a little different each company or brand requires a different sensitivity to make the most of it.

Sometimes, the strategy work I do isn’t completely linear. But that’s why I love it. It forces me to get curious. To make sense of things. To marry business, culture, and creativity in new ways.
